Hello! I’m Hannah…

A country bumpkin at heart whose main aspiration is to live the simple life of a hobbit.

I’m an illustrator / artist based in Norfolk, UK. My ultimate dream is to become an illustrator of children’s picture books.

I’ve always loved art, spending my childhood drawing Disney characters and creating my own stories to illustrate. Art has never been forgotten but unfortunately never prioritised…

Like many creatives, I started an online shop for my art in 2020 during lockdown. In some ways lockdown provided me with the permission I needed to focus on my art and stop procrastinating and prioritising other work.

My favourite mediums are ink, watercolour and pencil. I love the sketchy animated style the best with a bit of hatching and watercolour.

Inspired by nature, the seasons and animation, I aim to create fun animal character designs that come to life on the page. I am obsessed with colour theory, colour psychology and seasonal colour palettes so you’ll often find this in my work!
