I am currently accepting UK orders only and will not be shipping outside of the UK.

delivery times

To reduce waste, I print all cards and stationery to order.

For most stationery orders from my shop, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. First and Second Class post is available.

If you require something urgently, please contact me via my email: hello@hannahnichollsart.co.uk and I will do my best to accommodate this.

If specified, same day dispatch is available for orders placed by 2pm, posted First Class.

shipping costs

Postage is calculated at checkout. Free delivery is available for orders over £35.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All stationery and pre-made art prints from my shop may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued for the product price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for returning items in their original condition. Bespoke, made-to-order art work is non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

All art work and stationery is painted, handmade or printed by me and I will always send items of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your order then please get in touch and I can issue a replacement or a refund (minus the shipping costs).

If your order has been damaged on delivery, please contact me and we can arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.

BESPOKE ORDERS

For all bespoke illustrations (pet portraits, wedding stationery, etc.), an agreed timescale and delivery time will be arranged upon ordering. The typical timescale for bespoke orders is 3-4 weeks.
